Treatment Approach

Essentially, my practice is person-centered and solution-focused. I get to the root of the problem by interviewing each individual and the family as a whole. This way, I can get a sense of which treatment strategy is best to use under the circumstances. Specialized treatment approaches include but are not limited to:

  • 7 Challenges
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Motivational Interviewing
  • Prime for Life
  • Triple P Parenting (level 4 standard, Level 5 family transitions)

Client-Centered

I believe in giving only the best for my clients, so I make sure to tailor my services to meet their specific needs. For this reason, I have a flexible schedule, and I am even willing to provide services outside my office if necessary to best meet the needs of each client.

In addition to accepting self-pay clients, I am also credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, Tri-care, Medicare, and Optum insurance panels. Also, I can provide clients with other coverage not listed above with a super-bill that indicate their diagnosis (if applicable) and type of treatment applied, which will allow them to file directly with their insurance companies for reimbursement.
